So I'm guessing these things are hard to come by or something like that? What's it out of?

Would you like me to ring the local sparky and see if he has one in stock?

That would be great if you could.
the Bosch part number for the rotor is 9 231 064 316 and it is listed as being the same for holden 6 cyl HK-HZ LC-LX and VB and ford 6cyl XY-XD and TC-TE as well.

Not looking good here. Only one place thinks they "might" be able to get one. Said it would have to come up from Sydney or Melbourne. They were going to call me back when they found out. Price, if they can get it will be up around the $90 mark plu

The final word from BOSCH
We would like to advise: The part you require is no longer available. It was discontinued some years ago. You may need to speak with an ignition specialist about getting a rebuild or equivalent.
Please do not hesitate

I remember buying a set of points and a condenser for a cleveland from Supercheap about 3 years ago and the young salesman told me they were the last they would stock as there was no market for them. I haven't needed one since so I don't know if they are |

Supercheap have stopped stocking a lot of parts due to "no market for them".
How about a VN-VR v6 sump gasket? "Yes we have those for order only that will cost you $17 for the gasket and $5 for the freight" I went to Autopro and paid $18 outright for |
