dont know if you are recording engine numbers in the monaro register but here it is anyway.... http://cgi.ebay.com.au/w...Name=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=007Chev engine removed from HQ Holden 1 tonner. The engine was purchased to use in a Chev and the owner decided to keep his original 6 cylinder configuration. Casting number - GM3914660 Engine Number - 32711944 didnt last long..... already sold....

Its also not from a Monaro. Ill bet the engine number doesnt end in TxxxxH5 either.

What is the issue here?? A guy selling a motor, so what. He never said it was for a Monaro. Just seems like an honest listing to me.

who said there was an issue...
but there is a monaro register that is doing a great job recording all things monaro for current and future posterity... nothing sinister in that at all...

My comment was pointing out that its not from a Monaro hence probably not relevant to the Monaro register, although I know Ben has a fair few of these CKD engines recorded.
