The locking mechanism is not working. It has been on going prob where we could open the bonnet but when it came to shutting it a wire that was across the hole would not pull aside for the pin to close the bonnet..My hub tried to fix this but now he cannot open the bonnet at all..so its the locking mechanism. I rang a panel beater and he said it would take two hours to open bonnet! Thanks for assistance, greatly appreciated.

How can you remove the grill? My husband has tried to open it, we tried sitting on bonnet and pulling level but nothing doing here. thanks
