Hi all,
I have a mate that will be looking for a HT/G rear quarter panel in the near future. He says he can't afford it at the moment but I'm wondering how much is a rear quarter worth these days and what do people consider to be a fair price for GTS parts like bonnets, gaurds, quarter panels? Why doesn't someone make these? I'm sure the dye's must be kicking around somewhere. This topic has probably come up before I'm sure but with resent hikes in the prices, what really is a fair realistic price? Edited by user Monday, 12 January 2009 8:28:37 AM(UTC)

I watched those Nos HG GTS guards on Ebay, they were painted red and sold for $3500 and $3800 as they were auctioned seperately. Also know of a guy that paid $8000 ea for Nos rear quarters for his Bathurst HK. A red GTS bonnet just sold two days ago for $

To me, some of the prices quoted are ridiculous. I realise that some people will pay this, if you need it, you need it I guess. So what is considered reasonable for a rear quarter, not NOS, just a rear cut in good condition with minimal rust, better than

Basically it is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it, you can put whatever price you like on it but whether you get it or not is the question. It mostly depends on how many people want it when it is offered and how desperate they are to get it. Yo

Dont you wish we had the manufacturing power of the US, two new reproduction rear quarter panels for less than $800. All we need is a population of 250 million...... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebay...ANELS-LH-AND-RH-NEW_W0QQEdited by user Wednesday, 14 January 2009 10:38:00 PM(UTC)

I see the HT Rear Quarter on ebay didnt attract a bid at $800. Are the prices starting to come down with the state of the economy maybe? The Quarter wasnt in real good nick admittedely and would have needed a bit of work. Any thoughts?
