I got a copy from the State Library bought to my local library. I then photocopied cover to cover for $20.10. I would love to get my hands on an original but it is just far to costly to get one these days.
Cheers Peter

considerint they go for around $700-800 on Ebay you are being a bit optimistic. as for the guy copying, if I were him I would contact Warren and try to make an arrangement to buy permission to copy, say $50, for one off use only and not for resale.Warren
