I can get a half cut and its in alot better condition then myne would it be worth welding a new front on or maybe even just cut the bits out i need and weld them on ?
Or should i just remake and shape it all from sheets ?

After looking at that post it has given me alot more hope as i dont need to do much to the back, only the front And he did a fair bit of back work too.

If the other half cut is in better condition and it's a good price then I would get it.
To do a cut and shut properly you need most of the A pillars so that you can make the joint all the way down them so I would just use it for the parts on it. A |

Do you know what the deal is with engineers,rta etc.... when repairing damage to the structural part of the car.
I have heard they are pretty hard on cars that have had major work done to them,My brother recons they wont even register it even if it has

Apparently you need an engineers certificate for major structural repairs but if you can replace your rusty panels that is not really major structural work

Do you know if 72 model guards and doors fit the 69 im looking at this half cut but its a 72 model

Dont know why i didnt notice before but today why i was getting ready to cut the door pillars i noticed that the front end of the chassis is slightly twisted and its also put the door pillars out the slightest to thats how i noticed it.
