I got two of these a few weeks ago from a garage sale and the guy told me they were Corvette indicator switches but would fit HK,HT,HG.
Two anonymous persons posted they were incorrect and that the black ones dont fit. Well, unlike the two anonymous posters the guy I got them off actually knew what he was talking about.

We fitted one of these to a mates HG ute on the weekend and it fit and works perfectly. They are identical to the original Holden one we removed from his car (except for colour) and just had to swap over a small brass plate from his old one to the new one.

We only wanted to see if they fit but on removing his we found it was cracked around the screw mounts so he bought one off me.

Seems some Know alls don't know it all!!!! Anonymous posted they don't fit without any explaination as to why they don't fit ... I guess anonymous obviously didn't know. Glad I didn't listen to his BS anonymous advice.

POINT: don't take as gospel anything that is posted on a Forum, particularly if it's from an anonymous poster.

i dont really see how the ability to login somehow suggests a "better" chance of good advice.

ALL information on forums must be taken with a grain of salt, because on a lot of automotive sites, there is a proliferation of "experts" just waiting to give

No, I would say that Warren is an exception to the rule.

Not all, but MOST posts by anons is crap, including yours, Jimbob.

Hey Shonk, you got shown up last time to be an out and out liar with your fairy tales about NOS parts. Just because you handily had the thread deleted when it was plainly obvious what a shonk you are, doesnt mean that coming back 2 weeks later and trying

Id appreciate you using your own name "anonymous Scott" and not mine when you post. There is an old saying "If you have to resort to personal insults you have already lost the argument".

You must be a fool though, how you think I had anything to do wit

I think you two should INDICATE to the moderators before you log on so that they are not BLINKERED by the FLASHEY comments. This could TURN into a fight about anons that don,t SWITCH to usernames.

Im supprised they fit, since the vette blinker stalk is on the left of the
column, and the K-T-G is on the right. Still if it does, another great example of GM
interchangability. ( love it)
