gday can anyone help with a wiring diagram or know where these wires go to on this tacho?
there are 4 wires.

1. Black obviously earth
2. Thick Brown ?
3. Thin Brown ?
4. Grey ?

any help appreciated

thick brown is actually pink if you look harder or your wire was replace

pink to #5 on fuse panel, grey to #10, brown coil neg, black earth

Mistaking pink for brown is not what i would want to do too often..but thx its definately thick brown

all wires are the same gage (18 AWG) so if one wire is thicker its the color missing and has been replaced. ie pink. #5 is tell tales backup, #10 is inst lamps

hey bloke,

ditch this antiqated junk, call up rocket industries in sydney, and get a monster tach from autometer, bolt it to your NOS steering column, and viola, easy to read, and brand new with fitting instructions!!!
