Interior Colours For HQ? Need Your Help Warren!!

Hi All, Is anyone an expert on the original interior colouring of HQs? My body plate is 1813-16X. I know it is olive green straight vinyl, no insert but I wanted to know more about what the original interior detail was for dash pad colour, console colour, carpet colour, head lining colour e.t.c. The car doesn't have all the original interior. What was Olive Green and what wasn't basically? I am extremely keen to restore my car to original factory standard and need some help. The manual shows the whole interior as being olive green inc the crashpad the only thing showing as black was the turn signal knob !

I dont think Ive ever seen an olive green crash pad or console. I havent taken the head lining off yet, Its black but could have been painted like the back seat was, will be interesting to see what is under the rear vision mirror or the pinch strips aroun Edited by user Saturday, 28 February 2009 3:00:49 AM(UTC)

I am about to wreck a HQ s/w with olive trim , crash pad is olive , has no console (bench seat ) Mark . |

I dont think it matters whether he likes it or not, its for a pretty special car which everyone may learn more about one day.

The HQ LS I sent to SA for a fellow was olive green interior, I did not take photos of it at the time, but was very nice, on a silver car.
Was at Loxton and Ballarat

I only drove it about 20km, but from memory everything was green, it had the cloth seats to which made it look awsome.
