351C fully rebuilt 20,000km ago by Alder Performance Engineering using a replacement block as mine would have needed sleeving.Mild cam,Std 2v heads,FMX auto,twin exhaust,extractors. 15x10 dragways rear with 295x50x15, 14x8 dragways front with 245s.New h/d radiator(not recore).New Alternator.$1250 just spent on brake overhaul incl new master cylinder.Black interior ok condition.Body average but still a real head turner.Body would be ok as is to drive for at least a couple of years as had most rust repaired,incl rear windscreen removed and rust removed. Adding the blue stripes would make it a cobra lookalike.White colour all over incl bumpers.Daily driven.Front end bushes,balljoints and alignment would be desirable asap ,quoted at $1500 .Registered til Oct.Have spare heads oversized valves(Yella terra) Just gotta get photos taken in Jpeg format. Deal all done and now resting peacefully in my shed. A big thanks to Chris for getting her to me all safe and sound. And to the w4nk3r who offered 6 grand. i think you just missed out on one of the cheapest complete hardtops for a long time to come... But

not sure if its the same car,about 3mnths ago, my mate was going to buy a white coupe, and when he saw it , he told me it had more rust than metal, and the numbers where from a different car that didnt match (he thought it was a number job)so he didnt ev

Thanks for the headsup ford lover, When i buy my next white coupe i will be sure to check numbers same as i did with this one. I am well aware there is a few cars goin round with more rust then metal but am actually very happy with this one, of course it

Well, Doc ,you know they said the offer of 6K was only open for 1 month so I was thrown into a real panic!!! I had to have a day off work.. Ha Ha . Just another chancer from Bulldog territory. |

Get used to it. Coupes are nostalgia magnets. Seems half the population was conceived in the back seat of one of these cars. It's kinda cool listening to the people as the 70s come rushing back to them. Edited by user Thursday, 26 March 2009 9:30:04 AM(UTC)
