We have one at our work at the moment. A Silver 13B Road Pacer with column shift auto, bench seat in front, split system air conditioning with vents on the rear parcel shelf. All sorts of added gadgets. Very good condition, even has the original Mazda front windscreen with inbuilt antenna wire. |

Hi Peter.
These are getting very rare in good complete condition. They were built here, less engine & trans, also some other electricals were added in Japan by Mazda. The whole car was a very strange marriage.
I understand the bumpers on these cars |

I will look at the bumpers and glass. The wiring in the engine bay is way not Holden. There is relay blocks, fusible links, |

Peter,
The way to tell is the wiring harness entry to the engine bay, below the brake booster, it is a plug on the HJ and a round hole for a harness on HX. The other thing would be the dash, panoramic speedo in HJ with temp fuel and clock in one, squar

Also accelerator pedal may be bolted to firewall on HJ, welded on HX (not 100% clear of when this change happened). Stud for rat-trap on the HJ firewall is in a different location to the (not-used) stud on HX. Location of high beam switch on floor for HJ, |

It must be a HX, as it has all of the HX as described above. Bumpers appear to be thick enough. I can get a caliper on them and measure them. I am going to take pictures tomorrow. The air cond pump is out at the moment as it is getting repairs done. |
