Ive been looking at a lot of WB VIN's (Mainly statesman) and noticed that they all seem to be Adelaide built. Can anyone confirm this?

Also there are 5 codes for Adelaide L1 through L5 - are these seperate plants or sections for producing separate bodystyles? All the Statesman tags are L1, bu all my ute tags seem to be L5.

Any help appreciated.

Its not different lines, they simple allow for when vehicles reach 100,000 eg: L199999 - they go to L200000 etc.

In the case of VH commodores, when they got to L599999 in around July 83, they restarted at L100000, by VL they were up to L200-290,000 or
