I have seen a few of these over the years along with cuff links, also other eras ie a GTS set from the HK-G era. I believe they were salesmans sets at dealerships, others may tell you they were give aways when purchasing a car.

The Holden emblem would be for EJ to HG era (FE/C have GMH on the ball, and I think FB/EK do also) the horizontal lines would tend to lean towards earlier than HK.

They were worn by sales people, along with cuff links, also a biggy in the 60s.
