hi all Im thinking of buying a VH 6 cyl 4 speed manual wagon and if i do end up buying it later down the track i will probably put a t5 and V6 into just for a bit of extra fun but not just yet (before you say get a v8 I am on red P's and cant have anything other than a 6) and converting it to gas,
can anyone who has one of these cars please tell me what sort of mileage they get out of both gas and petrol on average around the city and in the country, koz i was talking to a mate of mine who has a vk efi 4 speed and he reckons he gets 280km's from a 60l gas tank and 560km's from a 60l petrol tank is this what i should expect or not?

the difference is up to 10% depending on the car, my V8 panel van with auto and 3;55 diff got 400ks on gas from a 80lt lpg tank

Hes doing well to get that out of petrol.
The 3.3L around town will still see 14-16L per 100km in daily driving.
My best was a 9.8L/100km trip from Sydney to Nowra & back, but that was only after fitting a cam & VK EFi head to a blue 202 with raised c |
