hi there is a ad on epay for ford taurus wheels to fit hg is this correct .the seller says they are a good fit backspace etc they are 15#

Stud pattern is the same but I would guess that the FWD positive offset would be a little too much for a HG but you never know.
Maybe get the seller to measure the backspacing and compare it to yours.
