I had the wire arc out that goes from the coil to the condensor, the plastic part broke and it arked on the dissy where the slot is. I went to remove the points to replace them and the pole is stuck in the dizzy, only way I got the points off was removed the pin through the pole. Is the pole suppose to come out??? or is it welded in there from when the ark happened ?? Cheers Keith http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/5899/dizzyz.jpghttp://img268.imageshack...9550/pointsnewandold.jpgIf its not broke it will be soon |

i think the pivot would be stuck on there from factory i think there r two different types ones that have it stuck on and once that slips through the hole that come with the points... i hope that made sense
