 I had the wire arc out that goes from the coil to the condensor, the plastic part broke and it arked on the dissy where the slot is. I went to remove the points to replace them and the pole is stuck in the dizzy, only way I got the points off was removed the pin through the pole. Is the pole suppose to come out??? or is it welded in there from when the ark happened ?? i think the pivot would be stuck on there from factory i think there r two different types ones that have it stuck on and once that slips through the hole that come with the points... i hope that made sense

The dizzy is a bosch type, ill see the parts guy tomorrow and see if he has a different type.
Ive been swinging on the pole so hope its not to badly damaged.
