Hi there need help, Putting a 460 into a F Series which has a 3 speed Auto C6, is there a 4 speed auto that i can use to replace the C6, which will bolt straight up. Thanks in advance.

A mate of mine fitted a 4 speed auto from a 80's Mustang into his XAGT. Not real sure on the model AOD-4R70W or AOD-4R75W maybe.
The box he fitted was vacuum operated not electronic like the later model AODE boxes. So it was a fairly easy swap.

thanks for your reply gts308 are you saying that the 351 cleveland has the same bolt pattern as the 429/460?

Im not sure about the bolt pattern...Im sure someone on here could answer that question.
