What finish (matt / satin / gloss) were the HK HT HG steering column's? Also is there any difference between an auto floor shift HK and HT column? Thanks.

Monaro horn button was the same as the Kingswood & Premier, gloss finish in trim colour.

OK, that changes things a bit. A lot actually.
Dr Terrys answer is correct for what you asked for - Monaro.
That would look like this, a Goya red HK80337 Monaro:



The original colour horn button on a Monaro GTS looks like this:



I think the colour is Dulux 567-0990, which is called Dulux low gloss black.
