I am looking for the gear shift levers at the top of the column and at the bottom of the column to the gearbox for a HK Brougham. it has a 307 engine and 2 speed auto. The previous owner in his wisdom converted it to HQ monaro bucket seats with the centre console and gear shift. I also need a piece of floor where the floor shift levers came through.
Does anyone have these levers they wish to sell or can someone point me in the right direction where I may find them.
With the limited searching I have done to date has drawn a blank.
Many thanks in advance.

There is a whole linkage crossover mechanism involved as well as the powerglide shifts on the left. You'll need this whole setup from the column through. It also includes longer auto pan bolts and spacers to attach the crossover mechanism to.
The floor you'll get off any HK-HG wreck that was column shift originally. |

I'm assuming you want to return it to its factory appearance? If not, how about a cable from the column to the selector on the 'glide? Summit racing has plenty here: http://www.summitracing....s-automatic-transmission |

Apologies I cannot help but will be very interested to see how you go. I also have a 307 with power glide that has been converted to a floor shift and would like the column shift reinstated. The current column has no shifter mechanism visible so it may have been replaced (or blanked off which could be a win!!), in which case, my starting point will be a new column. These come up on eBay every now and then. After that will be the linkages and attachments which will probably be a little more challenging!
Please post your outcome.

I have found an old school wrecker here in Melbourne who has a number of HK's as well as various assorted parts. Give Bill a call on 0417 303 327. The only problem is that although he no doubt has all the linkages and pivots for connecting the column to the gearbox (and carby) he does not know what they look like and nor do I.
I have 2 different manuals but neither are any use. Which means that I need help to identify the various linkages. Does anyone out there have any photo's, pictures or any other manuals that will identify all these linkages.
Thanks in advance.

Here's the best picture I know of for the transmission end. I suggest you invest in a parts book for the full story, as there is detail of the throttle linkages as well.
