just wondering if one of you guru,s can tell me if this is out of a hk Monaro,another 327 engine I have just found in my travels..is cast no, 3914660 engine number is 32741984 then T0320H5 , thanks again benny..

Yes it is, assuming the stampings are original. It is from a Dandenong assembled GTS327 built in 1968. It will be relatively early in the GTS327 timeframe.

ok good stuff,it has been rebuilt at some stage in its life as it has 40 thou over pistons in it, the heads are casting no. 3911032 are they correct heads or do they have to be the 290 cast, thanks benny.

3911032 are 307 heads, they'll more than likely be Canadian cast. Same head design though, but all HK GTS327 Tonawanda engines have 3917290 heads, and they will be Tonawanda cast.
