Anyone changed the rear quarter glass divider seals lately? They run inside a piece of stainless trim that attaches to the leading/ front vertical edge of the window.
Reason I ask is the one I removed (sure it is original) has a metal rib in it. Whereas the ones I purchased as part of a kit do not have this metal rib/spine. I see that Rare Spares has one but it is $54; anyone know if this one has the metal rib/spine? Does it require the metal rib anyway?

The replacement seals do not have the metal strip, but work ok.

The Rare Spares Glass Dividers do have the metal strip moulded in during production.
