Where is it rubbing? I can't say I've ever had a HQ-WB tailshaft rub anywhere. What diff? Is it lowered at the rear? Is the rear engine mount broken?

Rubbing At every bump on the road the first uni joint, has about 10mm clearance currently, not lowered and has a 10 bolt diff, thought it may be the wrong tailshaft??,

Is the crossmember bent? Or pushed up?

You shouldn't be getting 10mm movement there unless either the rear mount is broken, you haven't bolted the mount to the crossmember in the centre or haven't bolted the crossmember to the rails at the sides

Those transmission xmembers in the HQ - WB's seem to flex quite a lot.
