HK SEC service van - rear interior roof colour

To my knowledge the rear cargo area was painted in beige "chicken paint" up to the top rail but what is above? is it red oxide,grey or exterior colour. any help is appreciated thanks

Pretty sure the HQ had this product offered, but not sure at all for the earlier models...and please correct me if the details are sketchy as I'm going back over 40 years ago when this product was still around.
