Now griffo, I 'spose the gout has nothing to do with the return trips to the pub to drown those frustrations, has it mate. Or was it the effect of hav'n no alcohol filled blood to the toes for long periods of time when you were upside down under the dash play'n with that bloody clutch? Eating a handful of cherries daily helps get rid of gout, I've tried it and it works. Edited by user Monday, 27 November 2017 3:13:28 PM(UTC)

Stop eating cheap cuts of meat. Latest research says it is amino acids not being broken down properly, cheap meat cuts like you find in burger mince, Asian takeaway etc are best avoided! |

Are you guys kidding me!!! What BEER and Meat. I am a like the worlds biggest carnivore full stop. KBM....You just made that up.. Ok let me google it.....Who's side are you on?
Google says..."The classic gout attack occurs in an overweight man who has been drinking a little too much and has let his cholesterol get out of control." "Gout can be aggravated by a diet high in animal protein and by alcohol, so limit your intake of meat and avoid alcohol completely during a gout attack. ITS the bloody PUB's fault, there is something wrong with their grog .Meat.....what am I going to eat?? ..I have deep freezers full of the stuff. Its says avoid alcohol completely.. Mate, while your googling stuff try cherries cure gout! By the way i'm on your side. I'm well known for drinking to much and as for red meat I process my own beef, lamb and venison so the freezer's always full.

I can see the humour, but wasn't that a typo. Don't you mean CLUTCH conversions cause gout ? That or I am too much of a nark. Dr Terry Edited by user Tuesday, 28 November 2017 8:27:13 AM(UTC)

Dr Terry I reckon you might be if you skipped over "coversions", without wanting it to be "coNversions"

griffo, shouldn't you be "manning up" and getting that bloody clutch fixed. when has a slight bit of gout stopped anyone from chasing their dreams. I once climbed Everest with gout in both big toes! I thought the spelling mishaps were due to you being from QLD, where they obviously don't grow cherries, sorry 'bout that mate. bugger those smiley things, without glass's I can't tell what the f... their saying.
