After Winterbottoms took them over they became Sydney Ats-City Motors in about 1979 or 1980. City Motors was/is the flagship of what used to be Automotive Holdings Ltd now AHG. They traded as Sydney Ats- City Motors for a while and then the name reverted to City Motors. Phoenix Holden was the resurection of Attwood Motors that used to be in Stiling Street Perth. They did burn down and came back as Phoenix in the northern suburbs of Perth.

I'll take a picture and post it if anyone's interested ?
