Anyone recommend a replacement front floor pan supplier? The ones I've seen online look a bit ordinary. How well do they line up? I will also need to repair bottom 6 inches of the passengers side door. Thanks.

We cut up sedans for them. Maybe try Simon at HKTG Spares or Dave at Bellarine for good donor floors.

What is wrong with the Rare Spares ones. They were moulded from original floors and have been used extensively. If you have more rust than the area they cover then you have a real problem of rust. They are not made to look beautiful in pictures as the beauty is in their fitment.

No sales pitch needed after literally many hundreds have been produced in Australian steel here in Campbellfield. That means the majority have been fitted without any issues. If you have a specific issue with this product then advise us so that it can be reviewed. Try and keep your comments to this product and not start diversifying onto something else.

We used the original panels salvaged from donor cars because originality is important on cars like original GTS327 or V8 GTS. If unpicked properly at spot welds and installed at factory joins you wouldn’t know the floors had been done.

I asked about replacement floor sections because when I looked online the pics used made them look a bit ordinary. It doesn't mean they are all crap. I have never fitted floor pans or any other patch panels so I thought I would ask the question before I spent any money as I won't have much to spend. I appreciate all your comments.
The drivers side floor has been done very poorly by using a section of original floor and for some strange reason it has 2 sets of pivots for the accelerator pedal! The second set are about 2 inches further away from the firewall..... go figure?
I recently picked up a spare wheel tail door lock. I have it matched to the usable top tail gate and the drivers door so far.
If anyone is looking for a spare wheel tail door lock (Lockwood) for FE to EH I have a contact with several in various states of repair. He has one HD HR lock.
Thanks.
Ron
