What are you doing for booster and master cyl? Having a read of the Hoppers Stoppers site Peter Koning gives some good info near the bottom of the below link. He says that a Gemini booster (with lengthened pushrod) with XB master cylinder will fit an FE-EK on an auto car. By the sounds of what he says this will be perfect for the AUII/III calipers as twin 42mm are identical area to single 60mm Falcon piston. You just have to sort out the rears. I'd just use HK-WB backing plates and HQ drums with HQ-WB tonner rear axles which you'll just have to get shortened and re-splined to suit the HR diff width (might as well do 23 spline and use a fine spline centre). This will need HQ-WB ends welded on to the housing though to use tapered bearings. Bit more work that using HR axles but probably better than trying to re-drill HR axles to HQ pattern. Given the hassle though, why not just grab a HQ-HZ fine spline banjo or WB 6cyl small salisbury diff in the ratio you want, shorten it and weld on HQ-WB commercial spring mounts rather than HR ones? Then you just use HQ-WB commercial U-bolts and lower plates, HR shocks will connect straight to them. Look neater and you don't need to use those horrid HR-HG style spring hangers and rubbers. Shorten the tonner axles as above. Note you need tonner axles to re-spline as they are heat treated, normal ones aren't and are soft once resplined. Note that VB-VH 6cyl or 253 rear diff housing will work too to shorten just as well as a WB 6cyl housing. The 253 Commodore diff is probably better as it has a V8 banjo yoke on it already, so you can then run a V8 front yoke and use V8 unis both ends of the tailshaft.

I looked at a CRS front end and 9" for a HR at my Engineer's shop last week. I wasn't impressed with the front end adjustments, they are done with nuts and threads as opposed to the almost infinite adjustment on the Rodtech setup. It looked good, just looked agricultural compared to the Rodtech one. It had Camaro calipers and rotors on it and Wilwood rears on the 9".
I also meant to mention, for 15" you'll just about have to run HQ pattern. Commodore won't work as most 15" Commodore rims won't clear the 298mm rotors and calipers, nor will Ford. Most of the factory or aftermarket GM 4.75" PCD 15" stuff will work.
Be wary too of track width. My Engineer told me they (Engineers) have been directed to not Engineer cars with a track change bigger than 25mm. So before ordering the front end and getting diffs made, find your wheels, figure out what wheel track they give you with the standard width front end and rear axle (compare wheel offset to original EK) and make sure that the wheels themselves don't increase the track by more than 25mm. I'm pretty sure the Rodtech front end gives you original track, but that might be able to be varied? The diff you can do whatever works.
