Some nice stuff there, looks like a new VZ CV8? Bet it all costs a bomb, bloody thieving auctioneers, 15-17.5% buyer's premium! I wonder what they make from the seller as well.

Wouldn't mind that VK GroupA though, they are probably the highest performance factory Holden with a carby.

The red VT SS Olympic Torch Relay is certainly a rare one. I can't remember how many where made as Red wasn't even an option on VT SS.

These would have been a 'fleet' order for the AOC. The Olympics were held in Sept 2000 which was the launch month of the VX, so any 'Olympic' Commodores were the last of the VTs..

As such, some VX colours could have been used. Red Hot comes to mind, that was an early VX red.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

There are a couple of different "Olympic Commodores".

There is the ones that the public could buy with a square badge on the B pillar.

The ones that were in the official fleet which have a round badge on the B pillar.

It would be interesting to see the body plate near the headlight to see what code this one has.
