Thanks to noise complaints from just two whingers, race meets have been cancelled at Queensland's Lakeside Park Raceway. Just two! How is this possible that just two people can shut down racing? Cruise & track days are unaffected at this point. So, please, everyone who has an interest in keeping one of the best tracks in the country open needs to contact any or all of the following people. I seen on TV just of late some prick wanting to buy near Philip island, he said is that the track I can hear, was spun out like.
The same with the track at the Gold Coast all the snobs bought out around it and started complaining and that was the end of it.
You will have to make it a historic track like they do with some of the old houses you see, some of such are a bloody eye sore but no bastard can get rid of them.
It's sacred land or something like that, the coons can get away with a lot of crap that they claim and no bastard can claim otherwise or they get there ears in the machine.

Was there for the Chrome Bar Bonanza- some lovely HQs amongst the other eye candy. At the drivers briefing we were asked to keep the pressure up on the council and state government.
For the first time on cruise day I heard threats of a black flag mentioned for excessive noise, not sure if they pinged any one.
Also told that when the news broke last week the council's server 'was hammered with complaints" Good, let's keep up the pressure.
