All

Trying to figure out what the coat of arms or symbol means on the door of an old International truck my mate got recently. I think it is an Aussie built 1960-62 AA180.

Symbol is a shield (shaped like the one in the link) with an old rounded top crown sitting over it. The shield is divided into 4 x quadrants. The top left and bottom right have 6 x stars in each but the other two are very hard to see. Top right may be a bucking horse.

Jog anyone's memory?

Good call. I just looked at Farrer’s logo and it is of the same style.

TAS has a cow/bull in a similar style to what looks like a bucking horse on this one and also looks similar to the Golden Fleece on the NSW coat of arms.

Yeah it’s not Hurlstone, Farrers sister school in Sydney. Yanco is similar.

Mate lives north of Tamworth hence why I looked at Farrer and TAS.
