Can someone please tell me the difference between a hq style trimatic and a commodore one??
The one i have in my HQ ute has the selector on the passenger side and i always thought that hq`s had the selector on the right.Or is that commodore?......anyway if someone can confirm what`s what that would be great!!

My colmn auto selector was on the Drivers side in HQ 74 Prem.

You were right the first time. HT to WB had the selector on the drivers side. I think some late WB's, especially Statesmans had the Commodore passenger side shift though.
