Many thanks for reaching out to me and for letting me know you have QT117454.

I understand completely that you have had the engine in your WB for a long time and im very happy to hear that she has "served you well" as you put it.

As I have written to you many times informing you of what that engine means to myself and my family, im still hoping that you can please reconsider the situation we are now placed in?

Ive thrown everything I can at you to try and get the HQ Utes original engine and like I mentioned before I understand that you have had her for many years but please try appreciate my situation after being told that it exists?

To be honest with you, I wish you never told me that you have the engine your WB.

Its like being told by the Lotteries commission that you have one the 80million Powerball but can't have any money!! as they would rather have it accruing interest in their bank account.
