I don’t respond to questions via PM. Only help in public domain. You can thank a foolish person in WA, but that is how it is.

You didn't do anything wrong, just letting you know that I don't respond to PM's for vehicle identification or similar help.

PSN is J133355
Chassis number is HK27391M

What is the TRIM line on the body tag?

Will get back to you on timeframe.

10X is black interior.

Will be back with a build timeframe for you.

If it is fairly original and complete you will find date codes on various compenents like the steering box an eg of the format- 23H8 (23 Aug 68) for HK series .

The dates on the compenents will usually be a week to a month before the date of completion of the car.

Approx timeframe is the end of August 1968. This was a known car and has known idiosyncrasies with its ID plates, if you have the car you will spot what that is. If it doesn’t have its original engine it is hard to know what it was as Dandenong cars at this time are wierd.

Hi Hk

Thank you for your message but I don't understand what you mean what you write down...its like a puzzle that I don't understand. What do you mean by well known car...about idiosyncrasies the ID plates and motor ???

Ill hear from you soon
Thank you

I didn't say well known. I said it was known, as in it is recorded as known and existed to be recorded in the last 30 years or so.

If you have the car you will understand the statement about the ID plates. If you don't then it doesn't matter.

I'd be able to almost certainly confirm if its engine is original but I cannot predict what its engine number might be as there is no known pattern for Dandenong at this time frame.

HK, There was no known “pattern” for Dandenong engine numbers as they came from stock in between engines we loaded for interstate etc. AL.
