Just changed the holden rodeo v6 3.6
Used penrite 5w40
Was in a bit of a hurry adding oil and it looks like I’ve overfill by approx 250-300ml. Is it worthwhile draining some or not worth the hassle?

I wouldn't think that much over will matter, should be only 5mm or so above the full mark on the dipstick? If it's much more than that I would drop some oil to avoid your crank churning in it.

Yep, from memory 5-10mm or so above sounds about right. There was about 250ml left in the 7 litre bottle
