Hi folks,


Historically speaking I dont know if any of us Holden owners keep tabs on how your fuel fires or performs, but since fuel prices jumped over $1.00/litre, the quality for me has tapered off.


Call it a personal thing, but I am sure the quality of fuel we have now is more "crappy" than what it was 12-24 months ago. I know diesel is the pits...its like running on standard. And when I get good diesel I know str8 away.


We may not be getting our fuel from local suppliers all the time. Maybe Nigeria or South America or other parts unknown. If you cant get Saudi/Iraq stuff, whatdoyado eh ?

I drive fuel tankers, and all I can say is, some of the fuel comes in from Singapore. In Melbourne only Shell and Mobil refine fuel, then everybody else supplies off them. For example, BP fuel is actually Mobil, their tankers load out of o
