So I've got a mid 1971 hg wagon, 186 with three on the tree. Pulled the engine out for a rebuild and found the 186 crank has the larger 202 style rear main seal. The machinist had not seen that before so just wondering how common that is and any info behind that set up? Any comment appreciated.
