Did a search for the weight of a 289/302 Ford windsor but no go
so does anyone know what they weigh is and if possible with a C4
automatic connected.

This site has the weight of the engine but nothing much on the weight of the C4.

G'day,I weighed a C4 a while ago and it was 49.5kgs.....now I think this was with the converter and flex plate.

According to one website I use a 289\302 Windsor weighes 460lb or about 206 kgs,later windsors are a bit heavier.

SORRY,sorry I've screwed up(AGAIN)the later windsor's are lighter

The website I used is www.team.net/sol/tech/engine it's basically the same as Jim's but maybe not as good.I saved Jim's to favourites.
