Hi guy and girls, I was in Sydney this weekend just gone, spending some time with a family friend who is a wholesaler for a auction, and we went past United Holden in Rockdale, and he has said that they are closing its doors at the end of 2008. Anyhoo, he said they are doing crazy deals just so they can get out of the stock on the yard. I know all dealers are smashing prices but word is they are accepting any sort of deal. I just thought somebody might want to know. And no, I dont have anything to do with them.

I was told the reason for the stock reduction (not just at holden dealers) was due to restrictions placed on dealers by the finance companies who finance their stock & display models until sale.

Cheers,

Mick

I bought a white VX Equipe after the CHOGM 2001 thing in Brisbane was cancelled because of 9/11. It was brand new never registered had only 13 kilometres on the clock but was a second hand car, in the log book it has GMH Brisbane as the first owner. Wonde
