Hi guys, does anybody here know of the differences between a 01 xr8 5 speed and a xr6 5 speed of the same year? Can they actually be swapped over? Any help would be appreciated. Steve. |

The ratios are a bit different between the 6 and 8 gearboxes and I have been led to believe that the input shaft is longer on the V8 box.
