Is it a case of wont start or wont crank?

If it wont crank and the brake fail light comes on when you turn the key to the "start" position then the brake light is a normal test and you should follow the advice above.

If it cranks but wont start then have a read here:

If at first you dont succeed then skydiving is not for you.
