G`day All,
I notice a lot of people put statesman front ends on their cars, and I can see why they look very nice, but can someone tall me whether anything else has to be changed to make it fit, for example I have been offered a wb statesman nose cone with headlights and all that stuff, but I need to know if it can be put on the HX and if so do I have to change anything else guards bonnet etc. ant advice would be appreciated, thanks.

As noted you also require the panels behind the nose cone that holds the lights, radiator etc but sounds like this is included. Did WB's have different front guards which are also changed over? Otherwise should fit up to standard HZ guards at corners.

Hi Russell,


You need the front guards, nosecone, radiator support, bumper, lights, grille, etc. The WB bonnet is the same as HJ - HZ as are the inner guards.

The WB front almost bolts straight on. You need to cut the nose off your chassis rails to clear the radiator support - have a look at WB rails to see. This means that only two of the three bumper bar bolts on each side can be used. You will need the compl
