HQ Holden VP Commodore Rack and Pinion

I was wondering if anyone has done this setup, I have installed VP Commodore disc brakes to the front of my HQ using a Castlemaine Rodshop kit would it be possible to use a Commodore rack and pinion instead of the original HQ steering box.

It can be done, but there is a bit of mucking around, and you need to weld in brackets. You may also need to alter the sump for clearance. Also need to fit a commodore steering shaft as you need the half shaft to get the angle from the firewall to the s
