Can I ask why you bothered doing all this to a 253? Surely if you spent that on a chev or a 308 you would get more bang for your buck? Mind you, 600hp is very impressive from a 253!

NSW regulations, 15% increase is all that is allowed in engine size with out an enginears report. The ute I had was complianced as a Holden 6, so the biggest engine was a 253.As we all have a budget an enginear was out, such is life ! But your right what
