hi all i have an Hg wagon which i am currently restoring. I also have a VK that i have just removed the front end from and i am wondering if i can use the VK brakes and steering rack on the HG somehow... i know lots of people say search and I have in both here and oldholden and Google and Im not having much luck with it, i have found a lot on the VT big brake upgrade or the HQ brake upgrade but not much on this...
i have noticed that a lot of people use Torana racks in HK-Hg's but I've also heard that commodore can be made to fit also...
can anyone shed some light/tell me what parts i will need and where to get them?
cheers

CRS do a kit to use the VB-VK manual rack. Its about $1500 exchange for the rack. I wouldnt bother too much with VK brakes on a HG. HQ-WB brakes are almost the same size and a lot easier.
