Has anybody had bad expierences with the chinese made Aussie sold electronic dizzys. I bought one on ebay, brand new! it lasted 2 hrs. pfft! Now i think i will reco a bosch to suit my motor. Warranty.....what warranty!

they are quite popular with the dizzy shops and dissy reco guys here in vic, they get them rather cheaply from the supplier, pull them apart, put there own stuff in them and they are as good as anything else. even the bosch heis do have faults. i have one

the bosch HEI that holden used is the best one you can buy, i just brought a V8 one off ebay for $150 with a new cap and rotor button, he even threw in a msd 6a coil for a extra $150

I was having a chat to one of the guys from Performance Ignitions here in Vic about this very thing as I was trying to decide between getting my points dizzy regraphed or just going with a HEI setup, he seemed to think that they dont last very long as the

bought a bosch out of a wb. getting it regraphed to my motor. i think it will be a bit more reliable Ta
