Having a few drama's with my HK VN V6 conversion's cooling system. The V6 is a VN S1, but upgraded with a S2 and later radiator with radiator cap (ie. no surge tank). I have also run a coolant line from the heater pipe into the manifold. The thermo fan takes a long time to come on and only stays on for max 30seconds when it does. And I seem to be getting a lot of froth in my over flow bottle. It doesnt seem to be using any coolant. Any idea's guys ? I was thinking it may be as simple as air in the system...

Talk to Darryl Richards at CPC 03 9 4606566. They make the radiator caps and know the systems backward.
