The damn drivers door will not open with the remote any more. All the other 3 doors will.
Before I go pulling the door apart looking for the issue, I was hoping you guys could tell me what to look for.
Could it just be the little motor the drives up the lock?? What do they look like? is this a common problem??

Hi edelbrock1,
Yes, most likely the central locking actuator, but could be something as simple as a plug that has come off, or a broken wire. I once had a VP Calais and the electric mirrors stopped working. One of the wires inside the rubber door-jam boot had snapped, so was an easy fix. Put 12V onto the actuator and see if it works, then change polarity and see if that works. That will eliminate either the actuator or the wiring.
The actuator sits inside the door on the right, and has a connecting rod coming out of the end of it that goes to the lock mechanism.
