I'm fitting a glide into my car and are wondering what car's I can get a tailshaft yoke to fit from. Is it the same as a trimatic?
Also what speedo drive is required and where can I get one?

Aussie 3/4 speed, trimatic, Turbo 350, TH700, Saginaw, Powerglide, some Muncies, crash boxes - unsure about Opel. Remember that there are a few different size uni joints at the gearbox end also. Ignoring pre HK and 4cyl Toranas, the four basic yokes are (

Ford blokes won't like me too much but I'm fitting the glide behind a 351 cleveland in a XB Fairmont. As I keep breaking C4's. Even breaking big hp builds. Last one was in atleast 20 pieces. It exploded big time.

Get the 1-tonner one It has 1 1/8" unis instead of the normal 1". You should have done a complete job and replaced the Cleveland with a 350 or 383 Chev! A TH400 3-speed would have also done the job.
