Can anyone tell me, did any HT panel vans leave the factory with glass in the side of the van section. Or were side windows dealer, or aftermarket fitted?
Also, what was the number of vans was built?

Mate, As far as i know (i have a windowless EH), no vans left the factory with windows in them. There were places like Lowline in Victoria that would advertise 1/2 day installations. therefore they were aftermarket.

I have a production boroadcast sheet for a HQ XX7 van, that has option A09 (fixed side windows) on it. However Im not sure if that means the windows were fitted on the assembly line or if provisions in the build were made for them (ribs deleted). They could have well been fitted afterwards.
