Unfinished project. Holden HG Premier sedan 1971, original factory 308 v8 (NOT 253) trimatic, T/Bar shifter & console, no motor or box. Doeskin interior. Came with Factory bucket seats. Bronze in colour, I purchased this beautiful car in 1980. 2 owner since new. Has been sitting in the gargage for over 30 years, the car is incomplete and is rust free, has never been repaired for rust. This is a very rare car as it came with the factory floor hump for the original t bar shifter also came with nasco shifter lock and had factory power steering, The car is partly restored
I was hopeing to sell it locally before I listed it on ebay
$25,000

Wow, what a rare car. Sounds like Burnished Bronze over Sandalwood. Forget about getting $25k for it if its incomplete and the original 308H motor, floorshift Trimatic and bucket seats are missing. Good luck with it. |

have you got build sheet or glovebox books to prove its original 308 & not common 253?? T bar & console was a very rare combo back then, as 90% were still common column auto (even with bucket seats) regards DD www.bellarineclassicautos.com.au

There was a bronze HG prem with cream VR in a brisbane yard 18 months ago, was original T-Bar, I think was 253? Definitely V8. Was around 9000, wasnt there long. For 25k it must be complete and in concourse condition, wasting your time on ebay with starting bid of 25k, B.I.N of 25k, or a reserve of even anywhere that. IMHO. There is a HG Brougham on there now for $22k, much rarer than premier, all original, very nice and not sold after being on ebay for around a month.
